Welcome
The Water and Wastewater Master Plan, Our guide for the future
The Water and Wastewater Master Plan for Trinidad and Tobago charts a unique and comprehensive direction for the re-engineering and rehabilitation of the water and wastewater sectors and represents a significant milestone in the development of our nation. As our country moves towards the next stage of development, it is necessary to have a Master Plan to effect change; this includes the replacement of pipelines that are more than 100 years old in some areas and the installation of infrastructure to meet the needs of an ever-growing population. Once completed, the Master Plan will guide how we manage our water and wastewater sectors for the next thirty years. As such, the Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA) has contracted GENIVAR to develop the Master Plan.
